What is South Indian Coffee?

We create a rich and diverse coffee experience that is thoughtfully shaped by the unique local landscapes, specific climates, and the dedicated efforts of farmers. The unique soil compositions and cultivation practices lead to an impressive array of flavors that can range from bright and vibrant citrus notes found at high altitudes to deep and velvety chocolate undertones present at lower elevations.

How do I make Indian filter coffee?

Indian filter coffee, or "kaappi," is a traditional South Indian method using a stainless steel drip filter. Coarsely ground Arabica and Robusta beans, often with chicory, are in the upper compartment. Hot water drips through, extracting flavors into the lower container. The coffee is mixed with hot milk and sugar, served in small cups, hot or iced. It symbolizes hospitality and is valued for its strong flavor and aroma among coffee lovers.
